Machine Operator

Job Description

Join a global manufacturing leader serving the telecommunications, renewable energy, defense, and transportation industries. We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator to support our high-volume sheet metal production facility on 2nd shift. This role involves operating CNC press brake equipment to fabricate precision metal components to exact specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Set up, program, and operate CNC machines and press brakes

Read and interpret 2D drawings, 3D models, and production instructions

Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools

Perform minor machine maintenance and troubleshoot basic issues

Collaborate with production leads and quality teams to meet output goals

Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment

Qualifications

CNC press brake experience, including setup and programming

Background in sheet metal fabrication and knowledge of tooling standards

Ability to use precision measuring tools and read CAD files

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled facility

Strong communication and time management skills
