Cross Country Locums is seeking a locum tenens provider for a flexible opportunity in gorgeous Northern Michigan! Please see details below : Open Dates : ASAP - Ongoing

• Desired Schedule : Preferred schedule would be 8a-5p, Monday Friday, occasional night and weekend call included in assignment 1 week per month (2 weeks may be an option for certain months).
• Setting : 95% clinic & 5% inpatient mix.
• Scope of Work : 5 provider group 2 physician providers and 3 APP s. Employed practice. Collegial and supportive practice environment.
• Requirements : State of MI Licensed or IMLC. Active DEA. Fellowship preferred.
• Travel and Malpractice covered!
