Job description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Behavioral Health position requiring a GA or compact RN license and at least 2 years of behavioral health experience.

Job Details

  • Work in a Behavioral Health unit within a hospital setting,
  • 12-hour night shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., three shifts per week,
  • 8-week contract assignment,
  • No on-call responsibilities,
  • Not open to local candidates residing within 50 miles,

Job Requirements

  • Active GA or compact RN license required,
  • Minimum of 2 years of behavioral health nursing experience,
  • Current BLS certification required,

    • Additional Information

  • Expected to work either Christmas Day or New Year's Day, and either Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve,
  • All time off requests must be submitted upfront and cannot be added after offer,
  • Perm staff returning as travelers must have a 2-year break before returning,
  • First time travelers are welcome to apply,
