Role Overview :
As a Cost Account Manager (CAM) on the Space Force MUOS program, you’ll collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure successful execution of one or more MUOS Task Orders. This role requires strong communication and CAM skills.

Assist in the successful execution and delivery of Task Orders within cost and schedule parameters, including CGN, Sales, and Margin expectations to GDMSSupport execution of EVM contracts as a CAMGenerate internal and external briefing reportsCollaborate with Program Finance, Program Management, and the Deputy Program Manager of Engineering to define financial expectations in Fiscal Plan developmentSupport development of resource-loaded Control Account schedulesAssist in the establishment of Control Account Plans (CAPs)Request and manage open / close charge numbersReview weekly labor reports and subcontractor data, including estimated costsSupport development of Baseline Change Requests (BCRs)Develop and manage performance measurement metricsCoordinate with Engineering to status schedules and develop Estimates to Complete (ETC)Participate in program reviews, including Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report (IPMDAR)Perform Control Account analysis, including rate impactsSupport Engineering Status Reviews and Program Management ReviewsContribute to Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) preparation (if applicable)Excel and Power BI Skillsets :
Advanced proficiency with Excel formulas : INDEX / MATCH, COUNTIFS , macros, and pivot tablesSkilled in data transformation and Power Queries (Excel & Power BI)Competent in data visualization using charts and graphs in Excel and Power BIWhat Sets You Apart :

Requires a Bachelor’s degreeRequires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master’s degree with 3+ years of job-related experience.Agile experience is preferred.Clearance Requirements :
A Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at the time of hire.Candidates must be able to obtain a Secret clearance within a reasonable timeframe.Applicants may be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
