Position Summary :

The Baker 1 Team Member is an entry-level position on the Bake team. The Bake team’s goal is to bake and produce all inclusions and variegates for the finished ice cream. The Baker 1 Team Member helps prepare ingredients, cut, store, and organize finished products to optimize production for the Spin team. This position requires attention to detail, a strong commitment to food safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
