• Position Type :  Per Diem (0.0 FTE); Inpatient consulting service focusing on goals of care and complex pain management
• Schedule :  As needed; minimum of 3-4 shifts per quarter
• Location :  Grand Rapids, Michigan
• Specialty :  Palliative Care
• Teaching Opportunities :  Yes - Residents, Medical Students, Fellows
• Call Requirements :  No call
