Job Summary :

Elite power Group Homes LLC, direct care staff, provides compassionate support and care to youth residents (11-18) in a behavioral health group home. This role is essential in fostering a safe, nurturing environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social well-being of individuals with behavioral health challenges. Direct Care Staff will assist in implementing treatment plans and provide daily living support to encourage independence and recovery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Resident Support : Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
• Behavioral Monitoring : Observe and document residents' behavior, emotional status, and interactions, reporting any concerns to supervisory staff.
• Crisis Intervention : Implement de-escalation techniques and support residents during crisis situations, ensuring safety and stability.
• Treatment Plan Implementation : Collaborate with the treatment team to follow and implement individual care plans tailored to each resident’s needs.
• Group Activities : Facilitate and participate in group activities that promote social interaction, skill development, and recreational opportunities.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate and timely records of resident progress, incidents, and daily activities, adhering to confidentiality and regulatory standards.
• Communication : Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to ensure a coordinated approach to care.
• Housekeeping : Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized living environment for residents.
