Prior to beginning a new assignment Bella Senior Care will provide you with background information about your client and will review
Objective : To provide professional caregiving services and enable the clients to remain independent in his or her own home.
Assist with walking and light exercise
Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming and incontinence care
Plan & prepare meals followed by cleanup
Make beds and change bed linens
Light housekeeping to include light dusting and light vacuuming
Cleaning of the bathroom and kitchen to maintain a safe and healthy environment
Laundry
Medication Reminders
Run errands if directed by management
Provide incidental transportation using clients or caregiver vehicle
In sleep-over situations
Assist the client to and from bed
Assist the client throughout the night
Prepare morning meals and cleanup
Launder your sheets
Other requirements
Document activities in the ESRP system daily
Record hours worked on the ESRP System if not able to do so please use the back up procedure and submit a timesheet signed by the client and management.
Report any significant client changes to management immediately
Qualifications
Ability to treat clients with dignity and respect
Ability to read and write English at an average adult level
Ability to speak English clearly, both in person and over the phone
Ability to drive or use public transportation to get to work
Ability to be flexible and adapt to new situations
