Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Representative located in Raleigh, NC. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and generating new sales leads, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets. The role involves engaging with potential and existing clients, creating opportunities to promote the company's fabrication solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exemplary services tailored to client needs.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Inside Sales and Sales for achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Experience with Lead Generation and Business Development to identify growth opportunities
• Strong Communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment with attention to detail
• Familiarity with the industrial fabrication industry is a plus
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
