Responsibilities of the Assistant Clinic Director (BCBA) :
- Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and prepare progress reports
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment and behavior support plans
- Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs / RBTs) for effective treatment implementation
- Provide guidance and feedback to families on managing behaviors using ABA principles
- Conduct functional assessments and analyses as necessary
- Evaluate program effectiveness, recommend adjustments, and monitor progress through data analysis
- Assist with clinic operations, including scheduling and staff coordination
- Audit session notes to ensure quality and compliance
- Support onboarding and training of new staff to uphold clinic standards
- Lead training sessions to foster professional development and service excellence
- Act as a contact for staff addressing operational or clinical concerns
Qualifications :
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification and NC LBAMaster’s Degree in ABA or related field (such as Psychology, Education, Special Education)Safety Care Specialist Certification (or willingness to obtain)Previous ABA experience with leadership or supervisory responsibilities preferredFlexibility to provide in-home services as neededReliable transportation and personal means of travelIf you are a dedicated and experienced BCBA ready to assume a leadership position in a growing clinic, we would love to hear from you.
