Job description

Come work for an award-winning commercial roofing contractor as their next ALL STAR Commercial Roofing Sales Estimator!

The Commercial Roofing Sales Estimator plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by generating accurate estimates, developing client relationships, and closing sales for commercial roofing projects. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Commercial Roofing Sales Estimator will be a strategic thinker with proven skills in estimating and sales. This position will be responsible for delivering measurable results that achieve and exceed revenue and margin targets while contributing meaningful insight to the sales and marketing functions of the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare detailed, accurate estimates for commercial roofing projects, including TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal, and other roofing systems.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, property managers, and building owners.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure estimates align with project requirements and company capabilities.

Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.

Track and follow up on bid submissions to close sales and maximize opportunities.

Required Skills / Abilities :

Local and highly networked across the construction industry in groups like BOMA.

Hands-on experience strategizing and negotiating complex sales deals.

Strategic, persistent with an entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to be part of an established company.

Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills to actively implement ideas.

Curiosity, strong critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in commercial roofing sales estimating or a similar trade.

NO job hoppers.

Education and Experience :

  • A minimum of 5 years of senior sales experience in a sales environment (service or production) with commercial roofing estimating experience.
