Senior Director of Managed Care

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Managed Care Accounts (Payers).

Key Responsibilities

Lead the national account team focused on payers, PBMs, and health plans to secure optimal product coverage and access

Develop and execute customer strategies to build relationships with managed care accounts and state Medicaid programs

Provide expert insights on account performance, market trends, and competitive activity

Required Qualifications

BS / BA in life sciences, finance / accounting, or related field with 15+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 13+ years, or a PhD with 10+ years of experience

Extensive experience in national / regional account management and leadership

Proven track record of successful wins with National Payers, Regional Payers, PBMs, and government programs

Strong relationships with key decision-makers at National Payer plans and PBMs

Experience in pricing, contract strategy, and pull-through execution within managed markets
