About the Job

Paid weekly by direct deposit

No week in the hole

No pay delay

All loads driven and submitted by Monday will be paid 4 days later on Friday

7000 - $7800 gross per week

85% of gross paid to the truck for the 1st 30 days. 82% after 30 days

5100 - $5800 net per week (after deductions but before fuel)

Fuel cost - estimated between $1600 - $1800 per week depending on truck ave mpg and miles driven

This is a 1099 position so no taxes will be taken out

Weekly deposit should be between $3300 - $4000

Must have your own truck!

Any year is acceptable

Must pass DOT inspection

Must be ELD compliant

We do not have a lease purchase option at this time

Plate program available

Fuel cards available with discounts up to $1.00 off per gallon

Job Summary

    • Home Time

  • 1 - 7 expected days out
  • You can stay out longer if you want to
  • Home at least 2 weekends per month

    • Core Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

  • Inspection of vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure everything is safe, legal, and secure.
  • Submitting customer paperwork and deposits including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports.
  • Maintaining a driver's log in accordance with DOT regulations.
  • Daily customer interactions and maintaining good customer relations.

    • Equipment Requirements

  • Max truck age : 15 years
  • No overdimensional trucks allowed

    • Orientation Details

  • Orientation is not paid for
  • Does not cover accommodation
  • Drivers get their own room
  • No meals are included
  • Does not cover any travel expenses

    • Hiring Requirements

  • Class A license without any of the following restrictions : (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer, (K) Intrastate Only or (V) Medical Variance
  • 2 years Tractor Trailer experience
