Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Staff RN under general supervision, you will provide direct nursing care aligned with established policies and procedures. Collaborating with patients, their families, and the healthcare team, you will assess nursing care needs, plan interventions, and evaluate care outcomes. Responsibilities include direct patient care and supervising non-licensed nursing staff, ensuring compliance with nursing policies and standards, and catering to the needs of specific patient populations across age and development.
