Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions

Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP

Manage month-end and year-end closing processes and coordinate annual audits

Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Support budgeting and forecasting activities, providing financial insights to leadership

Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting team members to promote professional growth and performance excellence

Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred

Strong communication and leadership abilities, with a hands-on management approach
