Join our dynamic team as you take on the pivotal role of Director of Digital Assets Operations. In this position, you will assess and document the requirements for Fidelity's innovative digital investment products operational ecosystem, specifically focusing on cryptocurrencies and tokenized products. This is a key opportunity to contribute to Fidelity Fund Investment Operations, providing essential subject matter expertise that will speed up our product roadmap and optimize our target state operating model.

This role is embedded within the Digital team inside Global Product Solutions (GPS), a central service team that focuses on integrating new product requirements from Asset Management to enhance Fidelity's operational readiness and scalability. You will collaborate with multiple departments across Fidelity, representing the business effectively to our customers and partners.

What You Bring to the Team

• In-depth knowledge of alternative investments, particularly in the operations of digital products like cryptocurrencies and tokens, including blockchain applications for transaction recording in both registered and pooled investment funds.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in fund operations, covering administration, accounting, valuation, and custody aspects.
• Solid understanding of investment products, including pricing structures, digital, alternative, and traditional investment vehicles, as well as regulatory frameworks and distribution methods.
• Expertise in investment operations, including trading, portfolio analytics, performance evaluation, and compliance.
• Proficiency in portfolio transition management.
• Valuable transferable skills in risk management, compliance, and project management.
• Professional certifications such as CAIA and / or CFA are advantageous.
