At GLC, we're dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our residents. We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Long-Term Care and Skilled Nursing Facilities (LTC / SNF) in Red Cloud, NE.

Overview

As a RN in LTC / SNF, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with our interdisciplinary team, and ensuring the well-being of our residents. You'll be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing evidence-based practices to promote optimal health outcomes.

Required Skills

Current RN licensure in the state of Nebraska

2+ year of experience in LTC / SNF

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams

Basic life support certification (BLS)

Nice to Have Skills

Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs)

Knowledge of gerontological nursing principles

Certification in gerontology or long-term care

Preferred Education and Experience

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)

2+ years of experience in LTC / SNF

Other Requirements

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Ability to pass a background check
