A&P Mechanic

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Learjet 35 / 45 experience preferred (1-2 years).
• Part 135 or Part 145 experience preferred.
• Troubleshooting experience required (1-2 years).
• Avionics experience preferred but not required.
• Comprehend and execute complex procedures and document all maintenance accomplished on Company forms and reports as outlined in the GOM and maintenance manuals.
• Possess sound analytical skills and high stress tolerance.
• Demonstrate ability to work within team environment and Complete other duties assigned by the Director of Maintenance.
• Work under tight time constraints and deadlines.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to provide clear, effective, and timely communications.
• Interact respectfully and professionally with coworkers, clients, vendors, and all other personnel.
