They should be comfortable with bread-and-butter anesthesia cases , including orthopedics, urology, OB, and healthy pediatric patients , while enjoying the benefits of no neuro, cardiac, or vascular cases .

This position is perfect for candidates who value work-life balance , with a 1 : 7 weekend call rotation , protected post-call days off , and the opportunity for three-day weekends after weekend call .
