Position Overview

We are seeking a Grinder to join our production team. This role is responsible for grinding, finishing, and preparing metal parts to meet company standards and customer specifications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-minded, and thrives in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Operate grinders and related equipment to smooth and finish metal parts.

Remove excess material, burrs, and welds from components.

Inspect workpieces for quality and accuracy.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Work with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Prior grinding or metal fabrication experience is helpful, but training is available.

Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Reliable attendance and team-oriented attitude.
