Position Type : Regular; Night shift (0.9 FTE) - (3) 12-hour shifts per week, 1830-0700 with every 3rd weekend.

About the Role :

As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will play a crucial role in the evaluation and care of patients requiring respiratory therapy. In this position, you will administer prescribed therapeutic services and help shape personalized care plans based on patient diagnoses.

Your Key Responsibilities Include :

• Assessing patients to determine appropriate treatment types and frequencies.
• Providing respiratory care services as per physician's orders and established protocols.
• Implementing and monitoring patient care plans and advanced respiratory care modalities.
• Evaluating treatment efficacy by reviewing patient outcomes.
• Educating patients and families about health conditions and available community support.
• Maintaining equipment, managing supplies, and ensuring adherence to cleaning procedures.
• Responding to medical emergencies with professionalism and efficiency.
• Ensuring a consistently safe working environment.
• Completing additional tasks as needed to support our dynamic team.

What We Are Looking For :

Education : Associate's degree in Respiratory Care or equivalent experience.
