Job Description :

ACP is actively seeking a full-time (preferred) or part-time Community-Based Early Childhood Mental Health Therapist, working with clients in their homes and communities within the Dakota County area.

ACP is a preferred provider and employer for behavioral health care services in the Twin Cities Metro, committed to timely and appropriate care to individuals in diverse situations. Responsibilities :

• Conduct Diagnostic assessments utilizing DC : 0-5 outcome measurements.
• Develop and implement a treatment plan with the family based on the diagnosis.
• Provide family therapy upon completion of the DC : 0-5.
• Foster close collaboration with other professionals dedicated to supporting children aged 0-5 and their families in Dakota County.

Starting Pay : $28 - $33 hourly. Actual compensation may vary as determined by licensure, education, experience, skillset, FT / PT status, and schedule.
