Qualifications :

• Basic English language communications required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to withstand outdoor elements for long periods of time.
• Requires full availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong swimming ability and water confidence required
• Ability to meet monthly in-service training and physical readiness requirements
• Must maintain current lifeguard certification, including passing written and physical exams
