About the Role
The Company is in need of a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team. The HRBP will be a key player in aligning business objectives with the needs of employees and leaders within the organization. This strategic role involves partnering across the HR function to deliver services that support workforce development, performance management, succession planning, and organizational design. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring operational effectiveness, compliance, and a positive employee experience, all while supporting the long-term growth of the business.
Applicants for the HRBP position at the company should have a Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience, with a minimum of seven years in HR, general business consulting, or business leadership. The role requires extensive experience in various HR disciplines, including compensation, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, and performance management. Strong analytical skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with the ability to problem-solve, and will have a deep understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements. Certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus, and the ability to lead change initiatives and drive a diverse workforce is also a key competency.
