Position Overview :

Our client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an attorney with at least 3 years of experience handling pre-litigation personal injury cases on the plaintiff side, and who is licensed to practice in Colorado. You will manage cases from intake through settlement, playing a key role in maximizing value for our clients and delivering outstanding results.

Responsibilities :

  • Handle a docket of personal injury cases in the pre-litigation phase
  • Conduct new client intakes, assess liability and damages, and develop case strategy
  • Guide clients through medical treatment and recovery process
  • Gather and review medical records, bills, and other evidence
  • Draft and negotiate detailed settlement demands
  • Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
  • Negotiate settlements to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
  • Prepare cases for litigation when needed and work closely with the litigation team on transitions

Qualifications :

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in Colorado
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in plaintiff-side personal injury law
  • Solid knowledge of Colorado tort law, insurance practices, and medical treatment terminology
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively negotiate and resolve claims
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently
  • Proficient with legal case management software and Microsoft Office tools
  • Compensation & Benefits :

  • Base salary : $100,000 - $120,000, depending on experience
