Our Client is seeking a Discovery / SACM Architect(Cloud / Discovery Cloud exp) to join our team in Charlotte NC (Need Onsite day 1 hybrid 3 days from office ) .

Our challenge

We are seeking a dedicated Discovery / SACM Architect specialized in ServiceNow SPM Cloud Discovery to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in researching developing and maintaining Discovery patterns within ServiceNow focusing on streamlining service management and portfolio activities. This role requires expertise in pattern development incident resolution and working with diverse environments including Windows Linux and cloud platforms such as GCP and Azure.

Responsibilities :

• Research troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow Discovery patterns within the SPM scope.
• Develop update and optimize Discovery patterns to support ServiceNow Service Portfolio Management activities.
• Handle incidents related to Discovery workflows ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate Service Mapping and Discovery processes.
• Maintain detailed documentation of discovery patterns procedures and solutions.
• Stay updated with best practices and new features related to ServiceNow Discovery and SPM.
• Implement pattern improvements to enhance data accuracy and discovery efficiency.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
