About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Paver Operations to lead our pedestal paver division , which specializes in rooftop and plaza deck systems integrated with waterproofing assemblies. This executive-level role will oversee the strategy, growth, and execution of complex projects involving pedestal pavers, elevated decks, rooftop amenity spaces, terraces, structural waterproofing systems, and commercial hardscapes .

This division plays a critical role in our service portfolio, complementing roofing and waterproofing with advanced architectural finishes. The Director will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard of quality while building the most respected pedestal paver operation in Florida.
