We’re looking for a hands-on Operations Assistant Manager to help lead warehouse and logistics operations for a fast-growing logistics company. You’ll supervise daily activities, mentor associates, and drive efficiency, accuracy, and safety across all warehouse functions.
Requirements
What You’ll Do
- Supervise inbound / outbound operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Lead and develop warehouse staff through clear communication, training, and feedback.
- Monitor KPIs to improve productivity, accuracy, and on-time performance.
- Conduct inventory audits, resolve discrepancies, and manage damage control.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations.
- Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Excel to track and analyze performance.
- Coordinate staffing and workflow with internal teams and agency partners.
- Support new initiatives, process improvements, and special projects as needed.
