Job descriptionProvide direct inpatient clinical care and manage medical problems of acutely ill, hospitalized adult, non‑surgical patients. Lead the interdisciplinary team to improve efficiency and facilitate continuum of care from admission through discharge. Perform general adult medicine, internal medicine consults, critical care management, and care of patients with comorbidities. Maintain the highest standards of ethical and moral conduct while acting in the best interest of Sentara Medical Group and Sentara Healthcare. Residency and board certification in internal medicine or related specialty. Board‑eligible physicians will be considered. Certification must be obtained within 4 years of eligibility. Strong clinical decision‑making skills and teamwork abilities. Sentara Health is seeking a dedicated Hospitalist for part‑time night shifts in Princess Anne, Virginia. The role involves direct inpatient clinical care for acutely ill, adult, non‑surgical patients, with a focus on improving efficiency and ensuring a seamless continuum of care from admission through discharge.

25K sign‑on bonus
25K commencement bonus (3‑year claw back)
