Agency Sales Consultant
The Agency Sales Consultant is responsible for driving growth by expanding market share and revenue through strategic relationship management, competitive positioning, and effective execution of sales strategies. This role serves as a trusted partner to title agencies, leveraging industry expertise, market insights, and consultative selling to create value and strengthen long-term relationships.
The ideal candidate is a natural relationship builder who thrives on connecting with people, earning trust, and creating customer loyalty through consistent, genuine engagement. In addition to managing existing accounts, the Agency Sales Consultant plays a key role in acquiring new customers and identifying opportunities for increased wallet share across the territory.
This role is field based in Kentucky, covering Louisville, Lexington, northern Kentucky, and portions of West Virginia. Most travel is same day, with limited overnight trips as needed for client meetings or events.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute territory and account strategies to achieve market share, revenue, and profitability goals.
- Build authentic, lasting relationships with agency partners by understanding their needs and delivering personalized solutions.
- Increase wallet share and safeguard vulnerable accounts through proactive engagement and trust-building.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through consultative selling and value-based solutions.
- Provide ongoing guidance on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to support agency success.
- Conduct client training and education sessions that strengthen partnerships and position our company as a trusted resource.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to ensure achievement of individual and organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align resources and deliver exceptional customer experience.
Minimum Requirements :
High school diploma or GED required.Previous experience in sales, account management, or client-facing role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.Demonstrated ability to manage a territory or book of business, including planning and prioritizing activities.Proficiency in consultative selling techniques, negotiation, and objection handling.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Ability to travel within the assigned territory as required.Preferred Experience :
Experience in title insurance, real estate, mortgage, financial services, or related industry.Proven success in expanding market share, increasing revenue, or growing customer relationships.Strong understanding of agency operations, workflow, or regulatory requirements.Experience delivering client training, education, or value-based presentations.Ability to interpret market trends and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.Demonstrated success building loyalty and long-term partnerships through relationship-driven engagement.
