Mission Interventional Spine offers a unique opportunity to work in a specialized outpatient setting where your clinical skills and judgment are highly valued — all while enjoying no nights, weekends, holidays, or call.

Clinic Overview :

Mission Interventional Spine is a freestanding outpatient procedural clinic, located just half a mile from Mission Hospital. We specialize in providing spinal and hip injections for patients managing chronic or acute pain. While we are part of Mission Health, our clinic operates independently — creating a focused, team-driven environment where every RN plays an essential role in the patient journey.

Patient Population :

We serve adult patients in need of interventional pain procedures. Each patient is scheduled for approximately 90 minutes of care, from intake through recovery. You'll care for one patient at a time and rotate through all three phases : pre-op, procedure, and recovery — allowing you to practice full-spectrum, hands-on nursing in a controlled and supportive setting.

Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in line with the requirements of the department and the standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. Collaborating with medical providers and the care team, you will provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, following established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." You will also act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization's vision, mission, and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience and positive clinical outcomes.
