Job Summary : We're seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our leading clinical team supporting neurodivergent adults recovering from brain injury . This full-time role involves providing non-medical, community-based therapeutic services , under the supervision of our Director of Clinical Services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assess psychosocial needs of clients with brain injury
• Develop and implement personalized care plans
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy
• Support clients in accessing healthcare and community resources
• Advocate for clients' rights and preferences
• Maintain documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
