Accounting Assistant / Receptionist - 5 month contract with possibility of going Perm.

Qualifications :

2-5 years of clerical or financial experience, with proficiency in QuickBooks.
Expertise in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Billing.

Responsibilities :

Answering phone calls and greeting visitors in a professional manner.

Performing accurate data entry and maintaining organized filing systems.

Invoicing customers utilizing DBA Software and QuickBooks.
