What You'll Do

• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and vendors to keep projects on track.
• Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Communicate effectively with the project team on ASIs, RFIs, and material submittals.
• Manage inspections with local jurisdictions and resolve conflicts in construction progress.
• Maintain daily site logs and ensure deficiencies are corrected promptly.
• Lead weekly subcontractor meetings and foster strong working relationships.
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and ready for success.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, KY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $44.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
