Salary : $295k-325k + Bonus + incentive +Sign on bonus + relocation

Position Overview : We are seeking a skilled and compassionate outpatient physician who is Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics to join our dynamic healthcare team. T he ideal candidate will be bilingual (Spanish Speaking) and will provide comprehensive primary care services in our outpatient clinic, focusing on a value-based care model to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based primary care services to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Educate patients and families on disease prevention, wellness promotion, and treatment options.
• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) to document patient encounters and ensure continuity of care.
