About Our Client

The client is a leading provider for medical technologies and is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to be the standalone person in the NJ office. This is an opportunity to make a big impact at an established company in the tech space. Up to $90K and 4 days onsite.

Job Description

Own core HR functions including employee relations, onboarding, benefits, and compliance. Partner with leadership to support culture, engagement, and performance. Lead HR projects that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. This role will report to a VP in another state. Onsite in the NJ office, 4 days a week.

The Successful Applicant

4+ years of HR experience, ideally in a tech setting. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Comfort working independently and onsite 4 days / week in New Jersey. Bachelor's degree required.
