Provide training on accident prevention and regulatory compliance. Investigate incidents and coach drivers to enhance safety practices. Monitor operations and ensure adherence to safety standards. Report safety trends and suggest improvements. Experience in fleet safety, risk management, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA, FMCSA, FTA). Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with strong observational abilities. Fleetio experience is a plus!
