What You'll Do

As the Display Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the sales process for Samsung Display. This includes working directly with customers to understand and evaluate their project requirements and milestones, provide relevant support, and coordinate with senior leadership and local and headquarter engineering teams.

As the Display Sales Manager, you will represent the world's leading advanced OLED / display company while managing and expanding existing lines of business. Your priorities will be to rapidly learn and understand all aspects of your customers' business and their display and product requirements while also communicating Samsung Display's competitive advantages to these customers.

Location : Daily onsite presence at our San Jose, CA Headquarters or Bellevue, WA regional office in alignment with our Flexible Work policy with 10-15% travel.

Reports to : Director of Sales and Marketing

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree with 15+ years or Master's with 10+ years of professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales to consumer electronics and / or parallel industries, ideally in sales or marketing roles of increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Advanced degree in engineering or business or deep technical knowledge of OLED a plus!
  • Proven track record in sales and account management.
  • Strong knowledge of customer sourcing & supplier management strategies and contract negotiations.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work across geographies and navigate language and cultural barriers.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • You're inclusive, adapting your style to the situation and diverse global norms of our people.
  • An avid learner, you approach challenges with curiosity and resilience, seeking data to help build understanding.
  • You're collaborative, building relationships, humbly offering support and openly welcoming approaches.

The pay range below is for all roles at this level across all US locations and functions. Individual pay rates depend on a number of factorsincluding the role's function and location, as well as the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, education, and training. We also offer incentive opportunities that reward employees based on individual and company performance. Base Pay Range

$165,550 - $264,450 USD
