  • Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.

  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain project schedules and quality standards.

  • Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all team members.

  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, addressing any delays or challenges proactively.
  • \n

  • Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to guide construction efforts effectively.
  • \n

  • Manage material deliveries and inventory to prevent delays or shortages during construction.
  • \n

  • Conduct inspections to ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with building codes.
  • \n

  • Assist in resolving on-site issues and making decisions to keep the project moving forward efficiently.
