The Director, FP&A, Long‑Term Financial Planning oversees the organization’s strategic and long‑range goal planning function. They drive strategic initiatives and support the development of long‑term growth plans and profitability goals. The Director coordinates input from all major business units to integrate individual unit plans with the corporate plan, conducts periodic reviews of achievements and performance against strategic plans, and manages divestitures. Decisions typically involve new or updated programs, large‑scale projects, and the implementation of technical and operational procedures. They also provide input into the function’s strategy and perform adhoc scenario analysis using key business drivers to aid decision‑making.

This position is based in Humana’s office in Washington D.C., Louisville, or New York, although remote candidates may be considered as well. The team follows a hybrid model, working together in the office 3 days per week. Travel will average 20% annually between office hubs nationwide. While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana’s offices for training or meetings may be required.
