Job Description

This position provides direct patient care in accordance with established clinic protocols. Care is provided in both clinic and hospital settings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care within the scope of primary care medicine in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Examines, diagnoses, and treats acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Delivers care that considers healthcare costs and social determinants of health.
• Utilizes a team-based care model, leveraging the expertise of all team members.
• Maintains accurate electronic health records and completes documentation promptly.
