Description

We are seeking a remote Cloud Engineering Manager to join our team. Your role will involve managing and leading our cloud engineering team, ensuring successful delivery of cloud migration and modernization projects. As a manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the development and growth of our cloud business, focusing on cloud modernization projects and working closely with major cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, and GCP. Additionally, you will be involved in strategic sales pursuit management and multi-team orchestration, leveraging your executive relationships skills to drive successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a cloud engineering team to ensure successful delivery of cloud migration and modernization projects
  • Oversee the development and growth of the cloud business, focusing on cloud modernization projects
  • Collaborate closely with major cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
  • Leverage executive relationships skills to drive successful project outcomes
  • Work on strategic sales pursuit management and multi-team orchestration to ensure project success

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; Business Administration degree is an advantage
  • 10+ years in technology consulting and delivery with recent focus on cloud modernization projects
  • 5+ years of demonstrated track record of developing and growing cloud business in professional services, ISV, or Enterprise Engineering space
  • 5 years of experience working with / for major cloud providers, with a focus on AWS
  • Experience in Cloud Engineering, including structuring Cloud Migration and Cloud Modernization programs
  • Hands-on development and systems engineering experience
  • Experience with designing, planning, and implementing cloud projects, including Cloud enablement, migration, application modernization, and managed services
  • Strategic sales pursuit management and multi-team orchestration experience
  • Ability to understand the 'big picture' and convert it into actionable plans
  • Experience working with F customers
  • B2+ English level proficiency
