• Flexible Schedule : 4-4.5 workdays weekly, with three procedure days and the rest in the clinic
• Manageable Call : 1 : 3 rotation with strong hospitalist and emergency medicine support
• Procedural Freedom : Dedicated endoscopy suite with full anesthesia services and advanced equipment
• Built-In Volume : Take over a full patient panel with strong regional demand and minimal competition Who You Are
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
• Skilled in ERCP (EUS welcomed but not required)
• Eligible for medical licensure in Mississippi
• Open to J-1 and H-1B visa candidates Compensation and Benefits
• Base Salary : $755,000 (75th percentile MGMA) with production-based incentives
• Sign-On and Support : $75K signing bonus, relocation allowance, and loan repayment options
