Talent Solutions Manager - Finance & Accounting Focus

Are you a Recruiter with a passion for Finance & Accounting and a knack for connecting top talent with the right opportunities? We're seeking a Talent Solutions Manager to join our team and make a significant impact!

In this role, you'll leverage your Finance and Accounting recruiting expertise to :

Proactively source and attract top-tier Finance & Accounting professionals.
Match client needs with the best talent , ensuring exceptional satisfaction.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle , from screening to offer negotiation.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
Utilize innovative tools and social media to enhance candidate experience and amplify our brand.
Build strong partnerships internally and externally.

What you'll bring :

3+ years of professional recruiting experience, specifically within the Finance & Accounting sector.

A strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and related concepts.

Proven success in sourcing, screening, and placing Finance & Accounting talent.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with recruiting technologies and social media.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field highly preferred. CPA, CMA, CFA a plus!
