Job Summary :
The purpose of this position is to oversee the front desk area and assist with administrative functions in the operations department.
You will oversee and establish the flow of the front office in assisting or directing guests, answering or forwarding incoming calls. You will assist the operations department with great administrative work by accurately creating reports and effectively communicating verbally or via email.
Job Description :
- Covering front desk intercom / phone call giving access to visitor entrance to the plant.
- Support production with customer service managers on requests to customers’ needs.
- Running reports on MCC as well as data entry to the system
- Data entry on POs received.
- Answer phone inquirer, direct calls and provide proper information
- Perform clerical duties : take memos, organize documents, etc. as needed
Education :
High School Diploma or equivalentA college degree is not required but would be a plusSkills :
Knowledgeable in : Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.Detailed oriented.Good verbal and written communication skillsBilingual (Spanish and English) would be a plus.Comfortable multitasking.Great customer service.Proactive and self-driven.Filing / Pape managementFlexibility to day-to-day tasksAnalytical Ability in problem solvingPay Rate : $19 - $20 an hour

7 : 30 am - 4 : 30 pm
