Are you a dedicated family or internal medicine physician seeking a rewarding locum tenens opportunity? We have an immediate need for a physician near Forks of Salmon, CA. Join our team and make a difference in the lives of patients in need. Here are the details :

Schedule : You'll work Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population.

Patient Load : Expect to see a minimum of 18 patients per day, including both pediatric and adult cases.

Chart Closure : Chart closure within 72 hours is required to ensure accurate and timely documentation.

Decision Timeframe : A decision on candidate selection is typically made within 7-14 days.

Experience Requirement : Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar outpatient setting.

Credentialing : The credentialing process takes 30-60 days, with timely submission of application / documents crucial for expedited processing.

Immunization Requirements : Immunizations required for credentialing include the flu vaccine, TB status / X-ray results, MMR titer or complete immunization series, Hep B titer or complete immunization series, Varicella zoster titer or complete immunization series, and Tdap immunization within the last 10 years.
