Valet / Porter

Would you like to join our Team Ford Lincoln Family, A full-time position has opened up within the Service Department for a Valet / Porter Position. This interim position is a great opportunity to work within many areas of the Service Department.

Responsibilities to include

• Greeting the incoming customer and directing them to an available advisor in a timely manner
• Parking incoming Customer Vehicle
• Maintaining an organized parking lot
• Pick up and Delivery of Customer's Vehicle after service
• Assisting in off-site deliveries of Customer Vehicles
• Perform Service Valet pickup and delivery functions from the client's place of choice within the local area.
• Safely operates loaner vehicles during pickup and delivery.
• Transports and organizes the vehicles on the lot, making sure they have gas and are clean.
• Verifies collection address and use of driver app to ensure timelines for pickup and delivery are met.
