As an Enterprise Sales Executive / Field Sales Executive , you will :
- Drive our programmatic recruitment technology growth by identifying and targeting prospective clients within the Fortune 2000 and Global 1000 markets.
- Strengthen relationships with internal cross-functional counterparts and partner with other Joveo colleagues on accounts in collaboration.
- Deliver accurate business growth projections to ensure effective account and programmatic media planning on a regular basis.
- Use and grow knowledge of digital media / technology, expert communication, and analytical abilities to drive Joveo’s platform business with clients.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the industry, staying abreast of trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes.
- Identify and target prospective clients with a primary emphasis on enterprise-level companies. Form and nurture long-term partnerships by leveraging deep understanding of market, business and client which results in additional leads and closed deals.
- Thoroughly investigate customer challenges to develop a deep understanding and appreciation for their unique issues, effectively identifying and comprehending their pain points.
- Cultivate strong, enduring relations with key decision-makers and influencers within target companies, building trust through transparent and reliable communication and interactions.
- Constantly evolve sales strategies based on market dynamics and customer feedback, demonstrating a forward-thinking approach in adapting to industry changes.
- Demonstrate robust influencing skills to navigate intricate deals, negotiating win-win solutions and fostering enduring, trusting, and mutually rewarding partnerships.
- Consistently define and own narrative for proposals based on leads, RFPs and client conversations, research, and expertise.
- Exhibit exemplary verbal and written communication skills for clear and persuasive articulation of ideas, presenting solutions compellingly and vividly illustrating the positive impact on the customer's future.
- Lead high-stakes interactions independently and see them through to successful conclusion with persistence and professionalism, presenting a pleasant and engaging outlook for effortless rapport-building.
- Demonstrate keen listening, critical thinking, and strategic prowess to comprehend client needs, facilitating tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through effective networking, cold calling, and strategic sales tactics.
- Strategically target competitor clients through dedicated sales campaigns, collaborating closely with the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team and proactively build meaningful relationships and networks with clients outside of the regular cadence.
- Provide regular updates and comprehensive reports on sales activities and progress to the sales leadership team.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Joveo, embodying our values and commitment to excellence.
You’ll be a great fit if you have :
You’ll be a great fit if you have :Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.2+ years of experience selling in HR Tech, programmatic marketing, recruitment industry or SaaS.Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with tech and marketing partners, HR and Recruitment buyers, and decision-makers.Successful track record in leading sales opportunities to closure with deal values of $20k+Experience managing sales cycles ranging from 1 month to 6 months.Should be excited to travel and meet clientsPreferred Qualifications :
