Must Haves :
- Ability to obtain a Security Clearance
- Bachelor's Degree (Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering, or Mathematics, Computer Science) and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience, inclusive of 1 year of leadership experience, or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience, Or in lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
- 4+ years' experience and knowledge in developing, proposing, managing, implementing, testing products and system solutions in power systems or related including :
- Naval power or power conversion systems
- Military production products with complex electro-mechanical assemblies
- Production product lifecycle management
- 4+ years' experience in temperature, humidity, shock and vibration testing and certification
- 1+ year experience leadership and direct participation in technical proposal development, cost estimation and manpower planning
- Previous DOD engineering development experience
- Requirements analysis and definition experience
- EVM / CAM experience
- 2+ years of experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools
- 2+ years of experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools
