Role Overview

As part of our Specialty Sales team, you will be a Style Consultant, engaging with guests to meet their needs and providing exceptional service through effective operations and inspiring visual merchandising. Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and ensure a guest-ready environment by executing visual standards and promotional signage.
• Utilize store tools to analyze sales, manage inventory, and effectively assist guests.
• Sort and stock truck freight while managing merchandise organization based on store needs.
• Create engaging visual presentations that enhance the guest experience and stimulate sales.
• Maintain a well-stocked sales floor through prioritization of fills and merchandising techniques.
• Oversee backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Reorganize displays as items are sold out to offer a consistent and appealing shopping experience.
• Implement pricing strategies and execute clearance promotions as needed.
• Ensure fitting rooms foster a welcoming atmosphere while assisting guests.
• Support store operations including checkout, order pick-up, and Drive-Up services.
• Promote a culture of safety and compliance, reporting hazards as necessary.
• Provide exceptional guest service by engaging with shoppers and addressing their needs promptly.
• Always express gratitude to guests for choosing Target for their shopping needs.
• Perform other duties as required based on business demands.
